Generally speaking, using these sounds are an incredible tool in clearing the heavy emotional and therefore energetic content from our field. Then our bodies start to rise into alignment.

For the sounds to be effective, we must practise them daily, and for many repetitions, differing pitches and tones and most of all a clear, steady intention.
